What we do

We run out of SurfCamp Lombok in Gerupuk. AC classroom, infinity pool, and a boat that leaves from our doorstep.

Our dive sites sit sheltered in the bays of South Lombok, just a 10 minute boat ride out.

We teach anyone who wants to learn, from a first-time breath-hold to advanced training. Groups are small: three people maximum. We meet you where you are and move at a pace that lets you actually get comfortable, not just certified.

We go out most days, just message us to check availability.

Often we do other things too: sailing day trips, overnight missions to East Lombok, spearfishing runs. Ask if that sounds like your kind of thing.

1 day - no certification

For complete beginners. Theory in the morning, a pool session to warm up, and an ocean session in the afternoon. Same first day as Level 1 — if you want to keep going, we roll into day two.

2 days - includes certification

Your first proper certification. Two days of theory, pool work, and ocean sessions. By the end you'll dive comfortably up to 20 meters and hold your breath for 2–3 minutes.

3 days - includes certification

For divers already certified. Deeper dives, freefall, refined equalization, safety and rescue, new breathe-up methods.
Depth target 24–30m.

½ day - certified divers only

Work on what you actually want to work on: depth, duration, equalization, form, spearfishing prep, or just getting reps in.

Built for surfers. 1.5 hours of theory on breath, panic response, and safety, then a pool session focused on breath-hold under load. Runs every 2 weeks.

Who we are

Freedive Indonesia is part of a ocean crew based in Surfcamp Lombok. Between us we teach freediving, run the surf camp, captain the sailing boat, spearfish, scuba dive, and surf daily.

Our combined experience in the ocean means we can guide you from your first breath-hold to your first spearfish to your first sailing trip, all in the same week.

It shapes how we teach: personal, meeting you where you are, with safety at the core.
